Responsibilities:
- Support and manage day-to-day sales operations.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer networks within the semiconductor market.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and report progress to senior management.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, engineering, and customer service) to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and customer visits to enhance brand visibility.
- Guide and support junior sales team members in developing technical and communication skills.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide feedback for business improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in equipment (CMP) or semiconductor-related products.
- Experience in managing or supervising a small sales team, with good coordination and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- High initiative, strong analytical mindset, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to liaise with regional customers.
- Understanding of Japanese language or culture will be an added advantage.
